Country Gardens

A sense of place and a relationship to the  environment is paramount when creating a  garden in the country.   Historical and architectural elements and the natural landscape play an integral part in design with the garden needing to sit comfortably within the locale whilst complementing the residence.  A cohesive approach is taken, together with a practical eye and the consideration for the client and garden ‘relationship’ to blossom and be successful over time.

Town Gardens

The need for a garden is more important than ever in our built up, fast paced world.  City or town gardens assist with our connection with nature and allow us to keep grounded and have contact with nature.  With a focus on produce, water management, seasonality and beauty –  good design is about maximising  the space available and taking opportunities  to delight with the unexpected.  With an eye for colour and form a thoughtful plant selection complements the home and provides interest for all seasons.

School and Community Gardens

Designing  landscapes that are to be enjoyed by many people is often a  collaboration to ensure the people connect with the space itself.    All gardens need to be site specific and to  engage, flow and embrace in a way that makes us feel good.
